The Three Chimneys Restaurant

The Three Chimneys Restaurant

EatScotlands independent assessor said

Loch Dunvegan Langoustines, Organic Leaves from Glendale, Lemon & Olive Oil Vinaigrette
"Stunningly simple presentation of plump langoustine tails grouped in the centre surmounted by a whole one. Beautifully fresh, plump and moist."

Grilled Saddle & Slow cooked Shoulder of Mull Black Face Lamb with Kidneys & Sweetbreads, Ratatouille, Pearl Barley & Rosemary Lamb Gravy
"Every part of the main course was delicious. The saddle was very pink inside and well seared on the outside. The sweetbreads were soft and tender and the kidney moist, pink and succulent. Delicious balance of flavours and textures. A well cooked and attractive dish."

It is rare that the food in any restaurant truly reflects its location quite as much as it does at The Three Chimneys on the Isle of Skye and this is something that has contributed to the restaurant's huge popularity over two decades. The great taste of local food is what the restaurant's worldwide reputation is most famous for. Although dishes are creative, modern and exciting in concept, they often have a traditional twist associated with Scotland's amazing culinary heritage. The genuine quality and seasonal freshness of the ingredients rarely fails to delight those tasting the finished dish when it is served to the table
