Lime Tart with Fresh Raspberries
"All the elements of this dish combined to form a delicious whole, the pastry was thin, light and crisp, the filling was beautifully smooth and moist, and the fresh raspberries and tart. An outstanding piece of patisserie."

The Ardanaiseig Restaurant is noted for its imaginative use of fresh produce - particularly seafood for the West of Scotland is famous. Herbs from the walled garden enhance the subtle flavours of the mouthwatering dishes created by the young award winning chef.

The food is well complemented by a distinguished and international selection of wines (and more than 50 single malt whiskies) from our extensive cellars.

The breakfasts are huge and very Scottish. At tea time our homemade breads, scones and james come into their own
