Our cuisine is varied and served in a range of styles in a relaxing and intimate atmosphere. With a traditional but simple design, rich colours and a bright, airy conservatory overlooking our peaceful garden, which even grows the Mediterranean plant after which the restaurant is named, Cardoon is certainly not in the mould of a conventional hotel restaurant. We have a varied menu of light meals to modern Scottish dishes using locally sourced, quality food.
