We welcome people living locally and visitors from throughout the world. Reading Lasses bookshop-café is in Scotland's National Book Town. The seating arrangement and open kitchen contribute to our informality and friendliness. Customers are welcome to browse the books and read over a meal. When and where possible, all food is locally sourced and cooked to order on the premises. We serve seasonal vegetables from our own garden, homemade organic bread, local wild salmon and cheese from the local smokehouse.
