"The mussels were of a good size and looked fresh and appealing. The sauce was good, full-bodied with a delightful flavour and consistency. The mussels and the sauce balanced well together and created a very enjoyable dish."
Taglierini Lobster
"The half lobster was placed to one side of the plate with the taglierini pasta coated with the sauce in the centre. The lobster claw was used as decoration, and the whole dish looked attractive."
