Our qines are made from the fresh ingredients that we find growing around about us all along The Braes of the Carse of Gowrie in Perthshire. This is the 20 miles of field and woodland that roll out between Perth & Dundee. The famous River Tay flows down one side and the Sidlaw Hills run down the other. The Very important village of Errol, birthplace of Robert Burns, Walter Scott and of course Ho Chi Minh, is in the middle. Check out the old Smiddy Bar and bistro when you are visiting for more information.
