Award winning Head Chef, Stuart Muir - uses fine Scottish produce to create dishes that match modern flavours with classical technique. From a stylish breakfast through to a full a la carte lunch to a serious supper, the Brasserie is flexible, casual and welcoming. Your day might start with 'Pancakes with crispy pancetta and maple syrup', lunch might include a classic 'Steak frites with garlic and herb butter' and supper might finish with a 'Selection of cheeses from the Foodmarket with honeycomb and oatcakes'.
