EatScotlands' independent assessor said:
“La Garrigue has an attractive French Bistro exterior and once inside, the theme continues with a selection of wooden tables and chairs on wooden floors. Good food with an attentive and friendly service. Good ambience and worth a visit.”
Fish Soup
“A very traditional dish served in the classic style. An excellent full-flavoured fish stock. Good strong flavours to balance the richness of the fish soup.”
Rack of Lamb with Stuffed Artichoke Heart
“Served in a deep plate, with the lamb thinly sliced and fanned to show the moist pink meat. An excellent piece of young lamb; very tender and juicy. Good strong flavour and texture.”
Crème Brulée a la Lavande
“A classic presentation, in a small ramekin, with a tuille biscuit. Very smooth
