“The chicken was moist and succulent with an excellent flavour. The main ingredient was served with an interesting array of well cooked and prepared vegetables and potatoes: the vegetables were crisp, of good colour and al dente, the mash was smooth and creamy. The accompanying peppercorn sauce complemented the chicken well without overpowering the subtle flavours of the chicken.”
Melon and Fruit Platter
“Colourful, interesting and instantly appealing, with great attention to detail demonstrated on the plate, making the dish difficult to improve on. The flavours present were sharp, tangy and sweet and all complementing each other, resulting in an excellently balanced and delightfully refreshing dish.”
