“The babaganus had a most enjoyable smoky depth of flavour from the roast aubergine, and the pastry of the borek was crisp and not in the least oily. The hot spicy slices of meaty sucuk contrasted well with the creaminess of the humus and the minted cucumber yoghurt of the cacik. A mouthwatering array of mezes.”
