Number 1 Brasserie
A light and airy basement restaurant that incorporates open granite walls with contemporary wall coverings. We have a small intimate bar area that opens at 19.30 serving 'Starbucks coffee'. A 76 set restaurant with a raised glass mezzanine area that can accommodate 20 people for private dining if required. We use local ingredients to cook our dishes with our own twist. We let the customer decide what the twist is. We specialise in Duncan Taylor whisky with relaxed service.
