Paul believes in serving only the very best of fresh local produce in his own style, while retaining the succulent, natural flavours of Orkney's finest ingredients.
Prime Orkney beef and lamb can always be found on our menu along with superb local seafood, ranging from Organic Westray Salmon to local scallops. Lobster is also available, with prior notice, and we have a range of vegetarian dishes..
Our sweets have been particularly well-received, with Foveran’s Orkney Fudge Cheesecake winning recognition and praise from Neil MacLean, the food critic from the Sunday Times newspaper.
