Penne Pasta with Mushroom and White Wine Sauce
“A large plate of pasta and sauce, served with a garnish of carrot shavings and flat leaf parsley. The white wine and mushroom sauce was not too thick and coated the pasta. The flavour of the sauce was pleasant and not overpowering. The mushrooms were well cooked and meaty.”
