Getting There by Railway

From Fairlie Station, follow the accrss road to the main A78 coast road, turn left and pass the Clydeport Terminal Roundabout, approximately 1 kilometer, Fencebay, Fins Restaurant and Octopus are found at the junction of the A78 with the Dalry Moor Road.

Getting there by Aeroplane

From Glasgow Airport follow the A737 Westwards, then turn right at a roundabout onto the A760 and head for Largs, via Lochwinnoch and Kilbirnie, on the approach to Largs turn left at the traffic lights which are at the foot of the Haylie Brae, pass the Largs Yacht Haven Marina on the right, continue on the A78 through the village of Fairlie and pass the Clydeport Terminal Roundabout. Fencebay and Fins Restaurant and Octopus are on the left at the junction of the A78 with the Dalry Moor Road.

Getting There by Ferry

From the Arran Ferry travel East up Glasgow Street in Ardrossan, at the T junction turn left onto the A78 towards West Kilbride, keep on the A78 with the sea and Arran on your left, travel through Seamill and straight on until the Hunterston Power Station Roundabout, follow the sign to Fairlie. Fencebay Fins Restaurant and Octopus are at the junction of the A78 with the Dalry Moor Road.
