Eckford Kirk

Built 1771 on an ancient site of worship, incorporating fragments of the 1668 building and the north aisle of 1724. Very sweet interior with rich turn-of-the-century furnishings in the sanctuary. Jougs 1718, mort bell and 19th-century watch-tower. Many fine 17th-century gravestones. On A698 JedburghKelso.
