Edinburgh Buddhist Centre
The Centre is run by the Friends of the Western Buddhist Order, (FWBO) founded in 1967. We run a varied programme of courses and drop-in classes at which you can learn to practise meditation and Buddhism in a friendly and comfortable environment. Our introductory courses are suitable for complete beginners. No previous experience of meditation or Buddhism is required. For those who have completed one of our introductory courses there are opportunities to attend classes that take meditation and Buddhism a stage further.
Pricing Information: The Centre is a charity (SC017133) and is non-profit-making. Our suggested donations cover our running costs, and are in three bands: fully waged/low waged/unwaged.

Exceptions: The Centre is not normally open during the day, but visits can be made by appointment
