Their large in-door store is full of great gift ideas, home ware, toys and plants whilst their beautifully landscaped and well-stocked outdoor area is perfect for visitors to browse through.
The centre’s award-winning café offers home cooking and baking at its best. With indoor and outdoor café seating and a menu that includes everything from home-cooked hearty meals to delicious afternoon teas and an extensive children’s menu, its focus on quality has led to it winning a Scottish Home-Baking Award.
With indoor and outdoor children’s play areas as well as The Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre located at the garden centre, there is a lot for children to do too.

The centre’s Roast’s Café, winner of a Scottish Home-baking Award, is light-filled and airy and features both outdoor and indoor seating with great views over the surrounding hillside. An extensive menu offers freshly prepared and cooked hearty food using only the best of ingredients and includes everything from delicious afternoon teas to traditional Scottish breakfasts, all at great value prices. Its children’s menu is equally extensive and a well-situated indoor play area located right beside the café means that children can be entertained in between mouthfuls, giving the adults’ time to savour their snacks or meals.
The large indoor store is stocked with everything from greeting cards to barbeques as well as toys, home ware, gifts, clothing, household plants and furniture. So, whether you need to make a quick waterproof jacket purchase, find the perfect toy to keep the kids amused in the car or buy a memento from your trip, you can find it at Loch Lomond Homes and Gardens Centre.
Our well-stocked plant area and landscaped outdoor area is a great place to stroll and get some ideas for your garden. You might also want to take the opportunity to have a chat with our experienced botanist who can answer any questions or offer advice on all gardening issues and topics. As well as great landscaping ideas, our outdoor area also has a children’s play area to keep them amused whilst your browse that includes swings, slides and climbing frames.
Leading on from our outdoor area is The Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre. One of the leading Bird of Prey Centres in Scotland, it offers a unique visitor experience with guided tours by knowledgeable staff. You can learn about the individual birds (currently 36 from 28 different species) and see them up close - including Orla, the Golden Eagle. You can also watch the birds training or flying in its aviary compound and learn about the centre’s rescue facilities and success stories.
