Portnalong is a small, friendly crofting community on
the Minginish peninsula of Skye.

The village boasts good views of The Cuillin to the south and Loch Bracadale and Macleod's Tables to the north. There is a small working harbour, and a sandy beach at Fiskavaig Bay nearby. Portree, Dunvegan and Sligachan are all within easy driving distance.
