Drynoch, Carbost and Portnalong

Carbost and Portnalong are settlements on the Minginish peninsula on the west side of Skye.
Drynoch is a small settlement at the head of Loch Harport, south-west of Portree.
Carbost sits the south side of Loch Harport, a couple of miles up the road from Drynoch. The famous Talisker whisky distillery is close by in a spectacular setting backed by the Black Cuillins.
Portnalong is a small, friendly crofting community a few miles on from Carbost towards the mouth of Loch Harport.
