Rowardennan

Rowardennan is situated on the eastern shore of Loch Lomond, 10 miles north of Balloch.
Almost literally the end of the road along the eastern side of the loch and situated on the West Highland Way, Rowardennan makes a good starting point for walks in the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park and for climbing Ben Lomond in whose dramatic shadow it sits.
During the summer months, a ferrry runs between Rowardennan and Inverbeg on the opposite shore of the loch.
