Insh
Insh is a village four miles west of Kingussie in Badenoch and Strathspey.
Down in the valley of the River Spey and overlooked by the Cairngorm massif, Loch Insh has a wonderful setting and is popular with watersports enthusiasts. Insh Marshes is a national nature reserve that welcomes a variety of visiting birds through the year.
