Hermaness Visitor Centre National Nature Reserve - Getting There
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Sumburgh Airport take the roads signposted to Lerwick and then Toft or 'The North'. Take the ferry to Yell from Toft. Cross Yell to Gutcher and then take the ferry to Unst. Drive north following signs to first Haroldswick then Hermaness. At the fork in the road at Hermaness go right to the visitor centre and straight on to the reserve.
Getting There by Ferry
From the P&O ferry terminal in Lerwick take the road to the north (right turn). Take the ferry to Yell from Toft. Cross Yell to Gutcher and then take the ferry to Unst. Drive north following signsleft first Haroldswick then Hermaness. At the fork in the road at Hermaness go right to the visitor centre and straight on to the reserve.
