Ben Mor Coigach
From Achiltibuie, this estate reserve extends inland across a landscape dominated by mountains, moorland and peatbog. A chain of lochs lies along the northern boundary. It is possible to walk the Posties Path from Strathkannaird to Achiltibuie, a wonderful coastal walk.
Species - Raven, ring ouzel, red grouse, ptarmigan, twite, stonechat, whinchat, redpoll, wheatear barnacle geese, and great northern diver. Grey seal, otter and red deer.
Location - Near Achiltibuie, 10 miles north of Ullapool via A835
