Getting there by Aeroplane
From Preswick Airport 18 miles, drive north on A78 signposted Irvine, Greenock and Gourock. After Irvine follow signs for Ardrossan, ferry at Ardrossan Harbour. From Glasgow Airport drive west 24 miles to ferry port Ardrossan.

From Brodick Ferry Terminal there are hourly buses to the Castle.
