From Glasgow and central Scotland, the new M77 makes reaching the Castle so much easier follow the Motorway all the way to Kilmarnock and once again pick up the brown tourist board signs. With the new road Dundonald is around thirty minutes from the city centre.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From both the airport and the ferry terminal you simply follow the signs to Irvine on the A78 and pick up the brown tourist signs for Dundonald Castle.
