Harbour Cottage Gallery
Situated in the picturesque fishing town of Kirkcudbright, the Harbour Cottage Gallery is a converted 18th-century building showcasing the work of local artists.
Harbour Cottage was scheduled for demolition until local artists and businessmen converted the old building into a gallery. it now provides a permanent exhibition space in this attractive corner of the town for visitors to view the work of local artists, as well as an increasing number of artists from further afield.
Whenever you visit to the Artist’s Town of Kirkcudbright there is always something to enjoy at the Harbour Cottage Gallery. An exciting and absorbing programme of events takes place throughout the year featuring exhibitions run by the gallery as well as a number of private showcases of local artists' work.
