Greenbank Garden

A unique walled garden with plants and designs of special interest to suburban gardeners.
A one-hectare (2.5-a) walled garden and 6 ha (15 a) of policies surround the elegant Georgian house, built in 1764 for a Glasgow merchant.
The attractive garden indicates how wide a range of ornamental plants, annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees can be grown in the area and is especially relevant to owners of small gardens.
