Rail stations at Perth, Birnam, Pitlochry are the closest. Car hire then required to access start point for Schiehallion.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Glasgow or Edinburgh airports head north to the city of Perth. Follow the A9 trunk road to Ballinluig and then take the A827 west to Aberfeldy. From there follow the B846 northwest for approximately 7 miles, then turn west onto the Schiehallion Road for approx. 3 miles and Braes of Foss car park is on the left.
Getting There by Ferry
From the port of Rosyth head north to the city of Perth. Follow the A9 trunk road to Ballinluig and then take the A827 west to Aberfeldy.
