Annan Museum

This is the musuem, archive and exhibition centre for East Dumfriesshire, in Bank Street, Annan. The permanent exhibition tells the story of 3000 years of Annan history through the towns collection of artefacts.
We hold a fascinating collection of items related to Annan and its history. We run a temporary exhibition program from March until December and from 2004 we will have a permanent exhibition on the history of Annan and the surrounding area.
Exhibitions for 2004 include local archaeology, contemporary art, Annan town bands and the story of the Solway.
