Monikie Country Park
Developed around two former reservoirs the parks many attractions include
guided walks and self-led trails, Marquee hire, BBq hire and an adventure
play park. Denfend bird sanctuary and wader scrape make it an ideal bird
watching venue, and a 50 acre watersports site including windsurfing, dingy
sailing, kayaking and rowboats provide entertainment for all. A cafe
operates throughout the summer and changing rooms and showers are available.
Admission is free although a nominal fee may be charged for car parking at
high season.

storage and self-launch facilities. Kayaking and RYA accredited windsurfing
and Dingy sailing centre, running taster sessions, individual instruction,
group activities, RYA and BCU courses, a T15 and 15+ Windsurfing Club and a
watersports club combining the three main activities and more.
