Getting There by Railway
From Berwick Station. Left from car park, left again till you join the A1, again going left, take the B6461 on the right, to Paxton and Swinton continuing left on the B6461 you staggered junction on the A697 and go left, then right. To stay on B6464 to Ednam, just past the school take the minor road on right to Stichill, left then right to crossroads on B6397, straight over on the B6404 to St Boswells right on A68 to roundabout. Left for Melrose and via narrow East port into Melrose Avenue.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh International Airport. Go left on the A8 large roundabout, make for bypass signposted for Jedburgh and the A68 at Sheriffhall roundabout. Take lane for the A68 and proceed for 30 miles, through Dalkeith, Lauder and Earlston to cross the River Tweed at Leaderfoot east of huge victorian railway viaduct. At roundabout go right on Melrose bypass to turn off right into Melrose and, after narrow entry to East Port. Park in square, see you there.
Getting There by Ferry
From Hull. A63 and the M62 to junction 33 on the A1. Go north on the A1 (M) and A1 till it meets the A68 at junction 58. Proceed on the A68 to the roundabout after Newtown St Boswells. Left along Melrose by pass to enter Melrose on the right.
