Getting there by Aeroplane
From Glasgow Airport, follow M74 Carlisle, take the turn for Dumfries A701. From Dumfries follow the signs for the Solway Coast Trail A710. The museum is situated 7 miles south of Dumfries on the outskirts of the Village of New Abbey.
Getting There by Ferry
From Stranraer follow the A75 to Dumfries. From Dumfries follow the A710 Solway Coast Road to New Abbey.
