Silkies

The Animal Centre at the Castle & Gardens of Mey has animals for all ages to enjoy from goats and piglets to Daisy the wooden cow who can be milked.

You will find several unusual breeds of sheep with lambs at the Animal Centre, some not often seen and also two piglets.
Two British Alpine Goats, Beebee and Libby, enjoy being made much of and there are rabbits, several rare breeds of poultry, ducks and a donkey. Rabbits can be talked to and there are two Lovebirds.
