Getting there from the Information Centre
Leaving Dumfries TIC, follow signs for Edinburgh A701 out of Dumfries Town Centre. At large roundabout which joins the A75 bypass, head straight on still following the Edinburgh A701 signs. Dalscone is on your immediate left. It is well signposted.
Getting There by Car

From Carlisle 40 mins drive. Follow A75 to Dumfries. At 3rd roundabout, turn right following signs for A701 to Edinburgh. We are on your immediate left.
From Stranraer 1hr 30 mins drive. Follow A75 to Dumfries. At 4th roundabout, turn left following signs for A701 to Edinburgh. We are your immediate left.
From Glasgow 1hr 30 mins. Follow A74 heading to Carlisle. Leave A74 at Moffat and join the A701 heading to Dumfries. Follow this road for approximately 20 miles. We are on the right hand side just before the big Dumfries town centre/A75 bypass roundabout.
Getting There by Railway
Nearest train station is Dumfries Town Centre. It is possible to take a bus or taxi from it, stopping right outside Dalscone.
