Tryst Sports Centre
The Tryst Sports Centre is a superbly equipped indoor sport and recreation facility located in the heart of Cumbernauld, just off the A80 - convenient on foot, by public transport or car, with ample parking available.
A six lane 25m pool plus both a teaching and separate baby pool ensures all swimming aspirations are catered for, and our health suite offers a relaxing alternative for adults with sauna, steam and lounge facilities.
Other facilities at the Tryst include a large multi function sportshall, two glass backed squash courts, spinfit studio, weights gym, a spacious and superbly equipped hi-tech fitness studio for adults. And not forgetting the kids, there's also an Activ8 Gym for children 7 - 16 years, with instructor led sessions offering a fun and motivational mix of music and exercise on specially designed equipment.
For those who prefer to relax, the cafeteria offers a wide range of refreshments and snacks to enjoy. And rounding off the wide range of services, the Tryst also offers a sports injury clinic, GP referral programme, creche facilities and children's birthday party bookings.
A series of ramps and an internal lift ensures easy accessibility for those with special needs.
