Outdoor Activity Centre
Located by the disused sand quarry which make the perfect location for every level. Off road and quad bike courses twist and turn through the quarry, its trees, up and down steep gradients and then through the Glenturret burn.
The centre has a fleet of landrovers and quad bikes all raring to go.
Off Road:
Starting off on the nursery slopes, our extensively trained and patient coaches will take you through some basics to check your level of experience and confidence before heading out into the full heights of the quarry.
Don't worry if you freeze when you get there and really don't want to drive, the instructor will take you round on your own personal roller coaster ride.
Each vehicle can take up to 4 passengers - giving everyone a chance to drive each section of the course and cheer on the driver when they're a passenger - great for team building, friends or the different generations to do together.
Anyone who has a license (full or provisional) can have a go.
Quad bikes
Anyone over 12 can enjoy this exhilarating and absorbing pass time. A few circuits of the test course to get the hang of the controls and you're off!
Instructors will make sure your following safely behind but its all up to you to steer the course over humps, bumps, into hollows, through streams with the odd straight to open up and feel the wind on your face.
All the safety equipment and clothing to keep off the worst of the mud is provided. We still advise wearing clothes you don't mind getting a bit wet or dirty.
After all this action the Golf Club house is right next door for a refreshing drink or bar lunch.
