The Vale of Leven Swimming Pool is centrally located in Alexandria. The centre has a 25 metre swimming pool, teaching pool, soft play room and dance studio.
The excellent fitness class programme includes Body Max, Aerobics, Shape Up, 20/20/20, Body Blitz, Light Aerobics and Senior Circuits so there’s a class to suit everyone.
The Aqua Aerobics class is a popular class taken in the pool which is suitable for swimmers and non swimmers.
Young children can enjoy a fun visit to Weans World – a soft play area based on a sea side theme.
The Cosmopolitan Gym is superbly equipped and a fantastic environment to enjoy a workout on your own or with friends. Leisure staff will take you through an Induction to instruct you on the correct use of equipment. Contact the centre for details.
