The Castle Douglas swimming pool and fitness suite caters for all levels of fitness and offers a range of activities for the whole family.
Offering public swimming, school lessons, private lessons, lifesaving classes, water aerobics, gym sessions, development of individual training programmes, professional advice and a Swedish-style log cabin sauna that seats approximately 10, the centre is a must-visit for leisure sports enthusiasts.
The modern 20 station Profile Plus fitness suite has up-to-date cardiovascular, resistance and free weight equipment for you to create a programme to target your fitness needs and the centres qualified fitness staff are always on hand to offer advice on how to get the most out of your workout session.
