Direct bus from Edinburgh to Melrose or via Galashiels. National Express coach from Newcastle direct to Melrose Market Square.

Getting There by Railway

Berwick upon Tweed with connecting bus direct to Melrose or Edinburgh Waverley and bus to Galashiels or Melrose. Carlisle has a connecting link to Galashiels.

Getting there by Aeroplane

Nearest airports are Edinburgh and Newcastle. Both have direct bus services from either the city centre or the terminal to Melrose.
