Offering unique outdoor experiences, specialising in open canoe descents of the River Spey, from Kincraig to the sea (Speybay), over 4 or 5 days, camping en route. Guides, environmental walks in Strathspey and Cairngorm mountains; ski-ing and snowboarding, mainly on Cairngorm or the Lecht. Also available - tailor made outdoor First Aid training or the unique blend of outdoors experiences, melded with Natural Therapies tuition. Residential courses are accommodated in our comfortable Victorian home. Arm, well appointed house, serving delicious home made food, surrounded by peace and tranquility.
