The multi purpose gameshall is suitable for most sports and activities, and the Inspiration Fitness Suite offers a pleasant environment to help you make healthy activity choices.
The Centre regularly offers childrens coaching classes, and Learn to Swim schemes, as well as ladies only swimming, mother and child and youth only activity evenings.

Catering Facilities : cafeteria overlooking pool area
Disabled Facilities/Access: Ramped access to front door, lift, adapted toilet \ changing area. Access directly to lower level can be arranged with prior notice. The Centre also has a variable height changing table and hoist for use by carers trained in its operation. Please contact the Centre regarding the use of the table prior to arrival, this will ensure that there is no delay in gaining access to the room. The pool chair may be wheeled directly into the pool from the beach area.
