Tailored Tours

If you are planning a holiday in the West Highlands of Scotland then my Bespoke Tours service is the answer. To make the most of your holiday, I can be there at the airport or station to help with your luggage and you won't have to bother with hiring cars or the unfamiliar roads.

I have suggestions of a variety of full or half day excursions but tours are tailored to your interests and I aim to show you the best that Argyll and the West Highlands has to offer.

To see some stunning coastal scenery, to view castles and other historic sites, for peaceful wanders around beautiful gardens, for tours of local distilleries. smokehouses and other traditional business, you will travel in an air conditioned people carrier with me as your chauffeur, companion and guide.

There is wonderful food - especially fish - to be found at lunch stops and you can have lunch on your own or with your guide. Great hampers can also be arranged for picnics as an alternative.

There is the opportunity to visit some of the islands off the West coast on scheduled ferry services or even take trips on smaller boats for more adventurous voyages.

This part of Scotland is steeped in the history of warring clans and romantic legend. My tours will show you where that history was made and how the area has evolved.

Reasonable German and conversational French spoken by your guide.

Current rate for all tours is £30.00 per hour: this covers my time, the vehicle and fuel.
Excluded: admission to visitor sites/food etc.
