CUMBRAE VOYAGES operates unforgettable marine adventures and guided wildlife trips from Largs. Our Boat Trips enable you to enjoy Seal & Bird Watching from the comfort and safety of our licensed Vessels amongst the beautiful islands of the lower Clyde. Join us for a fully interactive expedition onboard our 12 seat Rigid Inflatable Boats. The speed and manoeuvrability of our boats allow us to take you to areas seldom visited, providing you with close encounters of the islands wildlife safely and enjoyably.
All of our boats are compliant with the stringent standards set out by the Marine and Coastguard Agency requirements and are fully insured. All safety equipment you may require is provided. Our trips are guided and skippered by experienced qualified professionals.
Voyage around the Cumbraes, view the spectacular scenery, wonder at the variety and beauty of the wildlife which surrounds these Islands. Each trip provides a mixture of exhilaration and sensitive appreciation of the fantastic wildlife.
Each trip is unique and varies according to the season. There are almost daily sightings of Seals, Oyster Catchers, Gannets, Cormorants and occasional sightings of Porpoise, Dolphins and Whales.

The Island of Wee Cumbrae is teaming with wildlife and steeped in history. Explore the 780 acres with cliff walks, Viking burial grounds, a 700 year old castle and Scotland's second ever lighthouse built in 1757. This beautiful island has something for everyone. There are over 75 species of birds which nest on Little Cumbrae, many of them rare and endangered species. This is why the island is a special protection area of European significance for birds.
