Island Encounter Wildlife Safaris

Golden Eagles soaring in silent glens... White tailed Sea Eagles hunting in coastal bays...Black, Red and Great Northern Divers in summer plummage... Hen Harriers and Owls gliding over scrub and marshes... Merlin and Peregrine Falcon swooping for prey... Otters and seals in seaweed bays, perhaps a porpoise for a moment.
We see all these creatures regularly, so spend a day on our safari guided by a local expert, in some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Lunch snack and binoculars are provided in my comfortable 8 seat vehicle. We visit remote areas of the island and a little easy walking is done. Don't be put off by bad weather - those days are often the best.
Pick up can be arranged at all ferry terminals on Mull. If you cross on the 10.00 ferry from Oban you will be met at 10.45 at Craignure terminal, for customers staying on Mull, we leave tobermory at 10.00, Salen at 10.15 and Craignure at 10.45. We return to Craignure at 16.30 for the 17.00 ferry to Oban, Fishnish at 16.45 for the 17.00 ferry to Lochaline, Salen at 17.00 and finally Tobermory at 17.15.
We feel a days outing of this nature would be too much for very young children.
