The prime function of Inverclyde is to provide a centre of excellence for our top sports people, national squads and governing bodies; a place where the distractions of everyday life can be set aside and full concentration focused on the improvement of coaching and performance in a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports. While these facilities have been developed for our top sport's people, the benefits can also be reaped by other groups; educational institutes, professional and voluntary organisations, district sports councils, businesses and the community in general.
