The Rachael Clare is a fully licenced 34 foot offshore for angling and sightseeing trips. It operates out of Girvan Harbour in South Ayrshire on the Clyde. Girvan lies 20miles south of the town of Ayr birthplace of Robert Burns and a short drive from the magnificent Culzean Castle. Girvan can be reach by bus or train from Ayr or Glasgow. The nearest airport is Prestwick International which lies close to the town of Ayr. Girvan can also be reached from Ireland by ferry which land both at Troon 30miles north of Girvan and Stranraer 30miles to the south of the town.
The Rachael Clare can carry 12 people and operate up to 60miles offshore. It covers such beautifull areas as the famous granite rock - Ailsa Craig with its wonderful gannet colany and bird santuary. The lovely Isle of Arran well known for its scenery and walks. The Mull of Kintyre one of the best fishing areas in Scotland and Sanda Island also home to a variety of birdlife.
