Flodden Edge Farm Riding and Carriage Driving Centre: We offer a wide range of courses, instruction and holidays for all levels of Rider and Driver. We have a variety of well-schooled horses and ponies to match all riders and drivers
We specialise in classical riding techniques and riding tuition is available for all ages and levels from absolute beginner to experienced competition riders. We can provide competent sympathetic tuition for all abilities and including those who have learning difficulties and physical disability.
All carriage driving tuition is one-to-one. Tuition is for all ages and levels. We specialise teaching coachman style and in horse driving trials (singles and pairs) and private driving and have over 35 years qualified experience as a competitor, judge, trainer and commercial driver and including work for film and television. For those who are wheelchair users or semi-ambulent we have a Disabled Driving Association approved easy loading carriage.
We custom-build horse drawn carriages, and back and training riding and driving horses and provide a traditional horse drawn carriage for weddings and special occassions.
