“The soup contained a good balance of ingredients between the lentils and vegetables, the flavours of which were prominent. A well-prepared soup with good colour, consistency and aroma.
Steak and Ale Pie
“The steak pie looked attractive and freshly prepared. The steak was tender and succulent and of good quality, and the puff pastry was thin and crisp. Well balanced and flavoursome.”
