Situated in a cul-de-sac, the property is very quiet even though the main door is only 50 mtrs away from the main street of Stockbridge. It is an easy 15-20 minute stroll through the renowned Georgian "New Town" to the heart of the city in George St and Princes St. The Water of Leith riverside walkway, the Botanic Gardens, Inverleith Park, and the local public swimming pool are also all within easy walking distance.
Three regular service buses connect Stockbridge to the centre of town. The main railway station is only five minutes away by bus and the airport shuttle bus, which travels every ten minutes during daytime, terminates just next to the railway station.
The apartment, which sleeps four, is furnished and decorated to a high stndard and is regularly upgraded. The large main room (6m x 5m) comprises a lounge with dining area and also includes a well-equipped kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer.
There are two bedrooms. one with a king-size double bed and one with twin single beds.
The bathroom has a bath with over-bath shower, hand basin, shaver-point, and WC.
Electric storage or panel heaters in every room make the apartment very cosy and therefore also suitable for low-season breaks.
Undercover, secure, reserved parking for one car is provided in the ground-floor garage. The apartment is accessed by a single flight of stairs.
