Getting there from the Information Centre

From Old Craighall Tourist Information Centre take A1 to Haddington go on B6369 to Gifford then take B6355 towards Duns. Turn left at first crossroads 3 miles on. The house is 1 mile on the left.

Getting There by Railway

Dunbar 8 miles. Follow signs to Garvald then Carfrae. Edinburgh 22 miles. Go on A1 road to Haddington. Take second exit at the end of the carriageway into Haddintgon and follow signs to Gifford (5 miles) on B6369. In Gifford, turn left at church and take B6355. Towards Duns after 3 miles you will be at crossroads at Danskine. Turn left, the house is 1 mile on left.

Getting there by Aeroplane

Leave Edinburgh Airport and take the road towards Edinburgh - approximately 2 miles. There is a roundabout - follow signs for city bypass south and the A1 road. Continue on A1 south to Haddington. Take second exit at the end of the carriage way into Haddington. Follow signs to Gifford, 5 miles on the B6369. In Gifford turn left at the church and you will be at a crossroads at Danskine. Turn left and the house is 1 mile on left.
